Helge Svare (PhD in philosophy) co-founded in 1997 the first group of philosophical practitioners in Oslo, Norway. He has been active in developing and managing the Norwegian educational program in dialogical and philosophical practice. He now organizes dialogue-oriented projects at the Work Research Institute in Oslo.
